Brandon Heydt is the current Customer Experience Manager at DDI Technology. Prior to their current position, Brandon worked as an Assistant Store Manager Operations at Best Buy from April 2010 to August 2020. Brandon also has experience working in remarketing logistics, having worked as a Remarketing Logistics Coordinator at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from February 2008 to July 2013. Brandon's experience in customer service and management make him an asset to DDI Technology.

Brandon Heydt's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. Later, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Midlands Technical College.
