Jessica Thivierge

Jessica Thivierge, MBA has held a variety of roles since 2011. Jessica began their career as a Marketing Specialist Intern at WDEE Sunny 97. In 2012, they joined Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, Inc. as a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Association, where they built relationships with doctors, nurses, and office managers and was the "Star Employee" for multiple months. In 2013, they joined Herman Miller as an Experience Marketing Specialist, where they provided project management and leadership capability for both Experience Marketing and business partner funded tradeshows, sponsorships, and events. Jessica then held the role of Customer Engagement Specialist - eCommerce, and E-Commerce Customer Service Rep. In 2020, they joined BISSELL Homecare, Inc. as a Program Support Specialist, where they were responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and specifying designs for business solutions to improve the consumer support experience, business efficiency, and productivity. In 2022, they joined ddm marketing + communications as a Specialized Project Manager.

Jessica Thivierge obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sales from Ferris State University between 2008 and 2011. Jessica then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Davenport University from 2014 to 2016. In June 2022, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
