Lazar Nešović

Lazar Nesovic has extensive experience in risk management, strategic planning, and information security, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning Management Control and Reporting at DDOR osiguranje since June 2017. In this role, Lazar oversees the Risk Management Department, providing critical risk assessment outputs to top management, coordinates information security initiatives in accordance with local regulations and ISO 27001 standards, and manages the company's business continuity system aligned with ISO 22301 standards. Previously, Lazar held various positions at AXA Serbia from September 2011 to May 2017, contributing significantly to the development of risk management practices and strategic planning, while also supporting the creation of quantitative and qualitative deliverables for senior management. Lazar holds a Master’s Degree from the Belgrade Banking Academy, specializing in Banking, Insurance, and Finance.
