Fabio Passarelli

Fabio Passarelli is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in both underground and open pit projects. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer for The De Beers Group of Companies on the Venetia Underground Project, Fabio has previously held senior consulting roles with Deswik and Advisian, focusing on mine design, scheduling, and ventilation analysis for various high-profile projects including those for Anglo American and South32. Fabio's career commenced with internships at Prominer Projeto Ltda. and Votorantim Metais, and spans over a decade with expertise in mining software solutions, production scheduling, and compliance with industry standards. A graduate of USP - Universidade de São Paulo, Fabio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
