Imraan Parker

Imraan Parker is an experienced engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the field of mechanical engineering and research. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at De Beers Marine since April 2011, Imraan has previously held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Optimal Energy and a Mechanical Engineer at De Beers Marine, focusing on CFD analysis and flow simulation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Research Officer at Element Six, where Imraan specialized in non-linear stress and thermal finite element analysis. Imraan Parker holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Computational Mechanics, from the University of Cape Town.
