Sharon Adams

Sharon Adams is an experienced professional in the wine and brewing industries with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Packaging and Finished Wine Manager at De Bortoli Wines since July 2000, Sharon oversees packaging operations and the finished wine cellar. Previously, Sharon held the role of Quality Manager at De Bortoli Wines, managing compliance with BRC, HACCP, and Entwine Certification while leading the Quality Department. Earlier experience includes positions as Filtration Supervisor at Boags and Brewer at Firkin Breweries, where brewing for pub breweries across the UK was a primary responsibility. Sharon began the professional journey as a Pilot Brewer/Lab Technician at BRF. Academic background includes a degree in Science, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from Deakin University.
