Anja Mutsaers

Anja Mutsaers is a seasoned lawyer and partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, specializing in corporate law, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions, with significant experience across sectors such as technology, infrastructure, energy, banking, and insurance. Anja's expertise encompasses strategic deals, private equity, distressed M&A, and corporate restructuring, both nationally and internationally. In addition to legal practice, Anja serves on the management board of Gasunie and as a member of the supervisory boards for Het Concertgebouw and previously for Stichting Pink Ribbon. Anja held managerial and legal roles at ExxonMobil and ABN AMRO Bank prior to current engagements. Education includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Law School and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Utrecht University, complemented by studies in Mergers and Acquisitions and Competition Law.
