Martina Colombara

Martina Colombara has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Martina has worked in various roles at different companies throughout their career. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Field HR Manager at UMANA SPA. Following that, they worked at Metis S.p.A. as an Area HR Manager from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2015, they joined Bauli Group, initially as an HR Specialist and later as an HR Generalist. In 2015, they became an HR Manager at SOVEMA GROUP S.p.A. Martina then returned to Bauli Group in 2016, where they held the positions of HR & Organization Manager and later HR & Organization Director until August 2021. Currently, they work as the Group HR & Organization Director at F.lli De Cecco di Filippo - Fara San Martino S.p.A.

Martina Colombara obtained their Diploma di Maturità Classica from Liceo Ginnasio Statale "Antonio Pigafetta". Later, they pursued their undergraduate education at Università degli Studi di Padova, where they earned a Laurea degree in Filosofia Antica.
