Deepanjali D. has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. They began their career in 2000 as a Communication & Promotion Specialist at CNH Industrial, where they were responsible for marketing tools, dealer campaigns, and PR activities. In 2003, Deepanjali joined Xplore Group as an Administration Manager, overseeing the HR department and implementing various HR projects. After working at Xplore for nearly a decade, they moved on to Fleetsupport SPRL, where they served as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Deepanjali is employed at De Cronos Groep as a Consultancy HRM & Personeelsadvies - Comp & Benefits, working at Cronos Care on a temporary basis.

Deepanjali D. attended Universidad de Cádiz from 1999 to 2000, where they studied English, Spanish, and art history. Deepanjali did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In terms of additional certifications, Deepanjali D. became a certified user of International Personal Profile Analyst through the institution Thomas International in September 2021.
