Paul Stol is an experienced professional in the fields of technology and operations management, currently serving as a Plant Manager at De Graaf Bakeries since May 2024. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Koninklijke Grolsch from October 2016 to May 2024, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Manager Packaging a.i. Paul began their career with a Technical Graduate Traineeship at SAB Miller / Grolsch from June 2014 to September 2016, where skills in manufacturing and production processes were developed. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology and Operations Management from the University of Groningen, along with diplomas in Packaging and Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
