Callum Browne

Callum Browne has a diverse work experience in the field of geology. Callum is currently working at De Grey Mining Ltd as a Principal Resource Geologist since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sandfire Resources as a Senior Resource Geologist from July 2017 to March 2021. Callum also held various roles at St Barbara Limited, including Senior Resource Geologist from May 2015 to July 2017, Resource Geologist from March 2011 to April 2015, and Mine Project Geologist from April 2010 to March 2011. Additionally, they worked at NQM as a Mine Geologist from December 2008 to April 2010. Callum started their career as an Exploration Geologist at Heritage Gold NZ from February 2008 to December 2008 and as a Graduate Geologist at Newmont Mining Corporation from November 2006 to April 2007.

Callum Browne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from The University of Auckland in 2005. Callum then completed a Master of Science degree with First Class Honours in Geology from The University of Auckland in 2007. In 2014, they attended Edith Cowan University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics.
