Alexander Faust

Alexander Faust has extensive experience in production and fulfillment operations within the publishing industry. Alexander has successfully managed cultural change and process integration at De Gruyter, where Alexander currently serves as the Director Production, Fulfillment, and Internal Operations. Alexander has also driven offshore initiatives and accelerated the transition to digital printing. As a Senior Manager in book and journal production, Alexander has led acquisition and integration activities. Additionally, Alexander is an External Lecturer at HTWK Leipzig and previously served as a Production Editor at Birkhäuser Verlag AG. Alexander holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Verlagsherstellung from HTWK Leipzig.
