Tom Williams is the Managing Director and Founder of FUZE Research, a position held since August 2012, where Tom focuses on delivering transformative insights for businesses. In addition, Tom contributes as a Co-Author of "Brand Fusion: Purpose-driven Brand Strategy," published by De Gruyter in 2022, which emphasizes a customer-centric approach to brand strategy. Since October 2014, Tom serves as a Visiting Professor in Management and Executive MBA Director at the University of Chester, engaging with executives from various prominent organizations. Tom also has a background as a Research & Intelligence Manager at Visit Chester & Cheshire and possesses extensive experience in market research and analysis across multiple sectors. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. from Lancaster University and an MA in Management from the University of Chester.
