Vontavia Smith

Vontavia Smith, SHRM-CP, began their career as a Student Ambassador at Sam Houston State University, where Vontavia formed connections with campus recruiters and organized various events. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Vontavia gained experience in HR coordination at companies such as StollerUSA and Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Vontavia currently serves as an HR Manager at De Gruyter, handling payroll, employee benefits, new employee orientation, and more. In addition, Vontavia has also worked as a Digital Entrepreneur and an Administrative Assistant, showcasing their diverse skillset and dedication to the field of human resources.
