Jorge Prats

Jorge Prats has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jorge began their career at Martí, Flores, Prieto & Wachtel, Inc as a Senior VP-Finance and Operation Director. In this role, they directed and managed various departments and was responsible for financial reporting and strategic planning.

Following their time at Martí, Flores, Prieto & Wachtel, Inc, Jorge worked at Interactive Marketing Corp as an EVP-General Manager. Here, they focused on planning, directing, and managing operations, developing marketing and sales strategies, and achieving positive growth through increased profitability.

Jorge then joined Borschow Hospital & Medical Supplies, Inc as the Chief Financial Officer. In this position, they strategically planned, implemented, and controlled business, IT, management, and financial strategies for a $300MM company in the healthcare industry. Jorge also played a key role in obtaining necessary licenses and securing financial foundations for the company's growth.

Later, Jorge worked at B2C Solutions Services, where they served as EVP - Senior Business Consultant. Jorge'sresponsibilities included mapping creative business visions in management, finance, marketing, and IT to empower organizations with innovative business solutions. Jorge successfully increased billable hours and managed large-scale projects for diverse clients.

Currently, Jorge is working at de la Cruz & Associates as the Chief Operating Officer and CFO, a position they have held since 2006.

Jorge Prats completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1979, they attended the Electronic Computer Programming Institute and received a BA degree in System Programming in 1980. Following this, from 1980 to 1983, they enrolled in World University and graduated with a BBA degree in Accounting and Marketing, earning honors as a cum laude graduate. Finally, from 1984 to 1989, Jorge pursued an MBA at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Management. Once again, they graduated cum laude, emphasizing their academic achievements in the field of study.
