Raquel Cordero

Raquel Cordero, MBA has extensive work experience in various project management roles. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager Director at de la cruz since January 2021. Prior to this, they were the Owner & Administrator of Academia de Música y Artes Simbiosis starting from November 2020. From September 2020 to November 2020, they worked as an Account Executive at MOZart Advertising, and from February 2020 to September 2020, they were a Project Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at JMD Communications from July 2019 to February 2020. From August 2018 to July 2019, they held the position of Chief Projects Officer at IXS, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the same company. Raquel also served as a Traffic Coordinator at IXS from January 2017 to June 2018. In 2016, they were an Account Executive at Arco Publicidad, where they coordinated account activities and managed workflow. Raquel'searliest work experience was as a Public Relations Supervisor and Account Executive at DOT Communications PR from 2011 to 2016.

Raquel Cordero, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2006 to 2010. Raquel furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from the same university between 2010 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Raquel also holds various certifications. Raquel obtained the "Generative AI for Project Managers" certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2023 and the "Building a Thriving Multigenerational Workforce" certification from The Society for Human Resources Management in August 2023. In 2022, they completed the "Design Thinkers Lab" certification offered by de la cruz and earned the "4A's Workplace Enlightenment Certification" from 4A's in July 2022. Prior to these, they acquired the "Public Relations Specialist" certification from Junta Reglamentadora de Relacionistas de Puerto Rico in February 2020 and attended the "Social Media Week Santo Domingo" organized by Social Media Week Santo Domingo in September 2019.

Furthermore, Raquel has the "200201 PMP Exam Prep Coaching" certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2017, the "Entendiendo el Impacto Social" certification from NovoEd in August 2016, and the "Photoshop CS5" certification from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Additionally, they participated in "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership - Master Mind Study" conducted by The John Maxwell Team, although the specific dates for the last two certifications are not provided.
