Danushki Kaushalya

Danushki Kaushalya has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Danushki started their career as an HR Intern and HR Assistant at Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC from July 2010 to November 2012. Danushki then joined Brandix as an Executive Talent Engagement & Development from November 2012 to November 2014. After that, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Executive - HR Operations / Analyst - HR Operations from November 2014 to October 2017. Currently, they are employed at De La Rue, where they started as an HR Business Partner Talent Engagement & Operations from October 2017 to March 2021. Danushki currently holds the position of Lead Human Resource Business Partner for De La Rue in Sri Lanka starting from April 2021.
