Eric Galea

Eric Galea is an experienced professional with a robust background in process management and engineering, currently serving as a Process Manager at De La Rue since August 2014. Prior roles at De La Rue include Manufacturing Manager and Operational Excellence Support Manager, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence through various methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and TPM. Prior to this, Eric held key positions at Methode Electronics Malta Ltd, emphasizing process improvement and team leadership, and at STMicroelectronics, contributing to product engineering and testing. Eric holds a Master of Philosophy in Information and Communications Technology from the University of Malta, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Telecommunications and a Modern Digital Communications course from the University of Surrey.
