Karla Dikstra

Karla Dikstra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karla started their career at City Inn in 2005, where they held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager & Duty Manager for five years. In 2010, they moved to Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues, where they worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager until 2011. Following that, they joined Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as an Accounts Assistant for a year. In 2015, they joined Arqiva as a Finance Coordinator Property Payables, and later transitioned to the role of Systems and Projects Accountant (FP&A) in 2016. In 2018, they worked as an Interim Management Accountant at GARMIN (EUROPE) LIMITED, and currently, they are serving as a Lead Accountant - Treasury Operations at De La Rue. Overall, Karla has gained experience in finance, accounting, and hospitality management throughout their career.

Karla Dikstra pursued their education at the University of Glasgow from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they focused on studying human anatomy and successfully attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. After a brief break, Karla resumed their education in 2012 at Glasgow Kelvin College. Karla completed their studies in accounting and earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in this field in 2014.
