Kim Smit

Kim Smit is an experienced board member with a strong background in governance and audit oversight, currently holding multiple positions in various organizations. At BDO, Kim serves as a Commissioner and member of the Quality and Public Interest Committee. Kim is also a member of the Supervisory Board at B&S, where a chair of the Audit Committee position is held.
