Bernt Schneiders

Bernt Schneiders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Directeur at VSBfonds since March 2016, Bernt oversees a private investment fund dedicated to donating significant amounts to cultural and social causes, as well as providing scholarships for students studying abroad. In addition, Bernt holds the position of Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at VPRO and advises the national police corps as an advisor since December 2024. Other significant roles include President commissaris at PWN, a member of the Raad van Commissarissen at Woonzorg Nederland, and independent chairman of Stichting PRO. Bernt has previously held chairmanships at Spaarne Gasthuis and the Stichting Leefomgeving Schiphol, and has served as formateur for the coalition of Noord-Holland. Educational credentials include a master's degree in law from Utrecht University.
