Professor Dave Walsh

Professor Dave Walsh currently serves as the Chair of the European Co-operation in Science and Technology (COST) Action CA22128 and holds a professorship at De Montfort University since February 2018. Previous roles include Managing Editor for Police Practice and Research: An International Journal and University Reader in Criminal Investigation at the University of Derby from September 2006 to February 2018. With a career spanning over two decades in the UK Government as Investigations Manager, Walsh has contributed significantly to the field of criminal investigation. Academic credentials include a PhD in Forensic Psychology from the University of Leicester, earned between 2005 and 2011.
