Marcel Smulders Mrics

Marcel Smulders MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate management and consultancy. Currently serving as Manager of Housing & Media Support at De Nederlandsche Bank since February 2019, Marcel has also contributed as a member of the Expert College at the Dutch Green Building Council from October 2015 to March 2022, focusing on the quality and functionality of BREEAM-NL certifications. Previous roles include Manager of the Construction Advisory & Consultancy Department at SGS Search, Senior Development Manager and Asset Manager at OVG Real Estate, and Account Manager for Real Estate at LogicaCMG. Marcel's education includes project management and business management certifications, as well as a diploma in hotel management, complemented by MRICS designation since 2015.
