Theo Spanjaard

Theo Spanjaard currently serves as Teamleider Werkbrigade at Pantar, since May 2019, facilitating the transition of individuals into regular employment through meaningful work opportunities. In the same organization, Theo previously held the position of Voorman, focusing on the development of employees facing barriers to the labor market. Additionally, since February 2019, involvement as a Vrijwilliger at De Regenboog Groep includes coaching and financial management support for individuals with financial challenges. Prior experience includes co-owning and managing a company with significant leadership responsibilities from May 2014 to July 2018, and roles in logistics and account management in the beverage industry from 2008 to 2014, as well as previous ownership and management positions in various businesses from 1994 to 2008. Educational background includes studies at HES from 1981 to 1984 and OSG from 1976 to 1981.
