Penny Broman

Penny Broman has extensive experience in business analysis and data management, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst at de Volksbank since January 2014, focusing on risk, data warehousing, and regulatory reporting projects. Prior roles include Business Analyst BI at Achmea, Teamlead Data Management at Provincie Noord-Brabant, and Business Information Consultant at Hot ITem, where Penny specialized in data warehousing and business intelligence. Early in their career, Penny worked as a JDEdwards consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and contributed to mobile web app development during their thesis project at Regio Den Bosch. Penny holds a Master's degree in Geographical Information Management & Applications from Utrecht University and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente.
