Raymond Bellemans

Raymond Bellemans serves as HR Director at De Watergroep since November 2017, following a brief tenure as Compensation & Benefits Manager at IPG, where responsibilities included managing HR services for around 2,000 employees. Prior to that, Raymond held various roles at ExxonMobil from June 2011 to April 2016, focusing on employee and career development initiatives. Raymond's HR expertise extends to YARA, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for about 200 employees in Brussels and overseeing compensation and benefits for a chemical production plant in Sluiskil BV. Previous experience includes roles in compensation and benefits at Hydro SA and a position as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
