Doug Jones

Doug Jones has extensive work experience in the mortgage banking industry. Doug started their career in 2008 at Bank of America, where they served as SVP of Mortgage Banking until 2011. In 2011, they joined PennyMac as Chief Correspondent Lending Officer and later became Chief Institutional Mortgage Banking Officer. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of SMD and then President and Chief Mortgage Banking Officer at PennyMac.

Doug Jones earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University-Sacramento.
