Tim Fitzmaurice

Tim Fitzmaurice is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in both consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Deaf Sports Australia since February 2021, Tim also contributes as a member of the World Deaf Golf Championships 2024 Organising Committee. Previous significant roles include Chair of the Donor Tissue Bank Victoria Committee and Council Member of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, where retirement marked the culmination of a distinguished service. With a strong background at the Transport Accident Commission spanning three decades, Tim held various executive positions, ultimately serving as Chief Risk Officer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and a Diploma in Risk Management and Business Continuity from the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.
