Hind Benbya

Hind Benbya is an experienced academic currently serving as Professor and Founding Director of the Centre for AI and the Future of Business at Deakin University since January 2022, while also leading Deakin Business School's Information Systems and Business Analytics department. Benbya's prior roles include Visiting Policy Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute, Director of the Chair in Digital Business at Montpellier Business School, and various visiting professorships at prominent institutions such as Cambridge Judge Business School and LSE. With a strong foundation in technology and innovation management, Benbya's expertise encompasses the implications of emerging technologies on organizations and human resources, as evident from a rigorous educational background including a PhD from Università del Salento. Recent professional development included a program on Design Thinking for Innovation at Harvard Business School in 2023.
