Sahithi Piyasena

Sahithi Piyasena has extensive experience in leadership development and organisational performance, currently serving as Senior Manager for Leadership Development at Deakin University since December 2017. Prior roles at Deakin University included Senior Consultant positions focused on leadership development and strategic HR projects. Sahithi's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at the Victorian Public Sector Commission and various consultant roles in organisational development at La Trobe University, where responsibilities spanned leadership capability performance and change management. Additional experiences include roles at Medibank Private, National Australia Bank, The 100% Project, People Measures, Hudson, and Chandler Macleod. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Neuroscience from Monash University.
