Susanne Lindtein

Susanne Lindtein has extensive experience in leadership development and strategic HR management, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development at Norsk Hydro from August 2024 to June 2025. Prior to this role, Susanne worked at SHL as a Leadership and Talent Manager, focusing on serving European clients with leadership development, assessments, and training. Additionally, Susanne was a Senior Partner at Sirius ACT AS, where the main responsibilities included developing leadership programs and implementing best practice HR processes. Susanne also contributed as a Board Member for the Forum for Technology and Development (FTU) from April 2017 to April 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Society, Science and Technology in Europe with a specialization in Globalization and Innovation from the University of Oslo, and HR management and related studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
