Tim Randall

Tim Randall is an experienced professional in experience design and digital development, currently serving as the Experience Design Manager at Deakin University since October 2013. In this role, Tim manages a team of Experience Designers and has established DesignOps processes, including a research database and design system, while setting the UX strategy for Digital Services. Previous positions at Deakin include Visual Design and Front-end Development Manager, where Tim led the development of the Design System and managed UI design across digital projects. Tim's career also includes roles as a Digital Designer at Box Hill Institute, a Web Designer for the Country Fire Authority, and design positions in the gaming industry. Tim holds a Master of Communication Design with Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in Games Graphics Design from RMIT.
