Omar Alejandro Llanes Briceño

Omar Alejandro Llanes Briceño has had a long and varied career. Omar Alejandro began their professional life in 2009 as the Product Leader and HDO Módulos at Instrumentos y Equipos Falcon S.A. de C.V. In 2013, they became Gerente TDM at EMBARQ, a project funded by the World Bank, CAF, and Shell Foundation to promote sustainable mobility. Omar Alejandro also held roles at Puestapunto as Investigación y Desarrollo de productos/servicios, Grupo Henlis as Director de capital humano, Top-E University as TOP - Education Team - Global Professor, Increaction as Founder -Líder de Proyecto Increaction, U.N.A.M. facultad de ingenieria as Profesor de la Materia de Creatividad, and IBERO Ciudad de México as Profesor. In 2021, they founded Ninja Academy, where they held the roles of Founder and Director de proyecto - Product Owner - Founder. Finally, in 2022, they joined Deal Engine as Poeple Lead.

Omar Alejandro Llanes Briceño has an extensive education history. Omar Alejandro obtained their Ingeniero Industrial degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2000 and 2006. In 2009, they completed a MAESTRÍA from the INSTITUTO HUMANISTA DE PSICOTERAPIA GESTALT in Humanidades y Desarrollo Humano. In 2012, they obtained a Certificación en Coaching Estrategico from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Coaching Ejecutivo. Omar Alejandro then went on to obtain a Master's degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in MAESTRÍA EN ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS in 2012-2013. In 2013-2015, they completed a Maestría en Pscoterapia Gestalt from the Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt in Humanismo y Gestión del cambio. In 2020-2021, they obtained an Agile Development specialization from the University of Virginia in Innovation. Omar Alejandro is currently enrolled in an Emprendimiento program at Y Combinator and an Agile Development program at the University of Virginia, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
