Bibi Bac

Bibi Bac is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator with extensive experience in both judicial and insurance contexts. Since March 2005, Bibi has served as a Certified Florida Supreme Court Mediator/Arbitrator for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, mediating various court-ordered cases including County, Family, and Civil/Circuit matters. Additionally, Bibi has worked as a Licensed Mediator and Independent Adjuster for the Department of Financial Services since February 2011, focusing on insurance cases. From August 1984 to May 2001, Bibi held the position of Director of Labor Relations at the NYS Office of Mental Health, overseeing vital labor relations functions and advocating for the State of New York in various proceedings. Bibi holds a BBA in Business Administration and Management from The City University of New York and an MSE in Adult and Continuing Education from Baruch College.
