Jon Oder

Jon Oder currently serves as the VP of Sales at Dealer Advantage Group since March 2024. Previously, Jon held the position of AVP, Auto Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo from January 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included extensive travel to enhance customer service and drive sales through relationship development. Prior to that, Jon worked at Credit Acceptance from April 2012 to January 2020, starting as a Market Area Manager, where agreements for auto financing were won with numerous dealerships in Indiana, and then as a Director of Sales, directing a sales team and securing significant loan volume. Earlier in Jon's career, positions at Woodforest National Bank included RQA Manager, responsible for QA assessments across branches, and Branch Manager, overseeing operations and financial literacy education.
