Jihyun Cho

Jihyun Cho has extensive work experience in software development and architecture. They have held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Director of Front-End Architecture at Dealer-FX since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a UIX Front End Architect at the same company. In 2019, they also worked as a Software Engineering Specialist in the health care industry. From 2017 to 2019, Jihyun served as a Software Research Developer at Fleet Complete. They also worked briefly as a Software Engineering Contractor at Wysdom.AI (CrowdCare) in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Jihyun was a Mobile Architect at PointClickCare. Before that, they worked as a Mobile Architect and Mobile Developer at CrowdCare from 2014 to 2016. Jihyun's career in software development began in 2011 as a Mobile Application Developer at Voice On The Go, where they worked on voice recognition application development and location-aware application development for native Android and iOS platforms, as well as UI development using jQuery Mobile for Android, iOS, and Blackberry. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at RoadLab, The University of Western Ontario in 2009 and as a Software Developer at imagin8 in 2010.

Jihyun Cho completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science, specializing in Software Design, from Queen's University between 2001 and 2008. Later, Jihyun earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Western University in 2010-2011.
