Matt Harmic

Matt Harmic has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Matt started their career at CarMax, where they worked as an Operations Manager and Buyer from 2001 to 2010. In these roles, they supervised various aspects of service operations, managed a team of over 120 people, and was responsible for purchasing inventory and overseeing sales training seminars. From 2010 to 2012, Matt worked as a Regional Account Executive at MAX Digital, where they focused on customer retention and satisfaction. Matt then joined Dealer-FX Group, Inc as a Regional Sales Manager from 2012 to 2015, where they worked closely with FCA's Mopar wiADVISOR and helped drive sales of Dealer-FX software. From 2015 to 2019, Matt worked at ELEAD CRM as VP Sales - Service1One Customer Retention Suite, assisting auto dealers with boosting profits, creating customer loyalty, and streamlining processes. Matt is currently the Regional Vice President at Dealer-FX.

Matt Harmic attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 1999 where they studied Sports Management. Matt then transferred to East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management.
