Nicholas Dee

Nicholas Dee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and client services. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Dealer-FX since May 2024, Nicholas leads efforts to enhance client relationships and satisfaction. As the Founder of Wine Lovers Tasting Groups since September 2010, Nicholas specializes in event management for private wine and whisky tasting events. Previous roles include Senior Onboarding Manager at AutoTrader.ca, where Nicholas developed strategies to optimize the onboarding process, and Project Manager of Operations, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution. Nicholas also held the position of Client Services Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Before that, as Project and Team Coordinator at On-line Exhibits, Nicholas managed a significant sales portfolio and sought strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Nicholas is an alumnus of Queen's University.
