Jim Rogers

Chief Information Officer at Dealer Teamwork

Jim has been developing successful enterprise software products for over twenty-five years. Most recently he worked for Oracle Corporation as Vice President of Software Development managing development of their Oracle Business Intelligence products. He came to Oracle through its acquisition of Siebel Systems in 2006, where he led software engineering for Siebel Analytics. Prior to joining Siebel, Jim was a member of the original team of software engineers at nQuire, a Minnesota-based start-up that created a new class of platform software for internet-based information intelligence.

Before nQuire, Jim worked as a Software Development Director for Platinum Technology following its acquisition of start-up Prodea Software in 1996. While at Prodea, Jim was responsible for the design and development of innovative data warehousing, decision support, and application development products.

Jim holds a master’s degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in artificial intelligence and robotics, from Northwestern University; and a bachelor’s degree in both Physics and Computer Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Jim and his wife Jennifer have four kids and reside in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. He has some trouble deciding which Big Ten team to cheer for as his oldest three children attend the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Indiana University and Northwestern University.
