Maurice Zakhir

Maurice Zakhir is an accomplished human resources and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of People Operations at Dealer Trade Network since April 2023, Maurice manages the entire employee life cycle, focusing on talent acquisition and employee development. Previously, Maurice founded Vizier Consulting, assisting startups in understanding the importance of people operations for organizational success. As the Director of HR & Operations at El Toro IP Targeting, Maurice played a pivotal role in expanding the workforce from 22 to 165 employees within two years. Additional experience includes directing HR and operations for multiple companies, such as HTTP Holdings and Scoppechio, and managing national accounts at J&L Marketing. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University-Sacramento and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School via Coursera.
