Jayna joined DealerOn in 2015, starting out as an inventory specialist on the newly minted inventory team.

Jayna, quickly rose through the ranks taking on the role of manager of the department. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Jayna, became a manager for the Customer Service team and eventually Director. In her tenure she has solidified processes, build a culture of success, and has helped to transform DealerOn’s customer service team into an award winning, best-in-class service department.

Jayna is a firm believer that business success is inextricably tied to providing your clients and stakeholders with Exceptional Service!

Her long-term experience of 10 years in the service industry has taught her how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations with service that sells. In her career, she has assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. She believes that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that she has performed with success many times.
