Teresa Givan

Teresa Givan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Support at Jack Henry & Associates since August 2012, Teresa oversees the iPay Solutions bill pay product contact center and the Financial Institution Support contact center. Previously, Teresa held the position of Vice President of Operations at National Processing Company, where management of contact center operations and a multi-million dollar budget were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Vice President at Bank of America, Group Operations Manager, and various supervisory positions at NPC, all contributing to a robust career in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
