Bennett Monroe is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership and talent management across various sectors. Currently serving as a DuPont™ Tyvek® Building Envelope Specialist at Dealers Warehouse Corporation since May 2023, Bennett previously held multiple roles at Chick-fil-A, including Director of Talent and Development and Director of Hospitality and Training, where responsibilities included managing operations, employee scheduling, and conflict resolution in a high-volume restaurant environment. Prior experience includes coordinating client success at Flywheel Brands, supporting youth swimming programs at Tennessee Aquatics, and developing swim initiatives at Knoxville Racquet Club. Bennett's career began at Chick-fil-A-Franchise as a Shift Lead in 2013.
