Maxim Nikolaev began their work experience in 2007 as a System Team Member and Linux System Administrator at TNTraffic, where they managed over 150 servers in a hybrid cloud-hosting environment and performed system migrations. Maxim then joined Trusteer in 2012 as a DevOps Engineer, where they managed over 2000 servers in the cloud, designed and implemented new product architectures, and oversaw the management of highly available production systems. In 2014, they started working at IBM as a DevOps Engineer, responsible for automation systems design, CI/CD pipeline development, and infrastructure provisioning and scaling. Maxim later became a DevOps Team Leader at IBM, leading teams in CI/CD processes, infrastructure design, and implementing new technologies across various projects. In 2021, Maxim joined Voyager Labs as a DevOps Team Lead, where they designed architectures for customers, managed multi-cloud production environments, and led the DevOps team. Currently, they are working as a Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead at DealHub.io, where they are responsible for connecting sales teams and processes, executing deals more efficiently, and creating accurate pipelines through a unified CPQ, CLM, and subscription management stack.

Maxim Nikolaev pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2009 at Tel Aviv University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies. In addition to their formal education, Maxim has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Maxim completed "Virtual Teams: Remote Team Management & Leadership" from Udemy in January 2022 and "New Manager: The Basics and More of Being a Great Leader" from the same platform in December 2021. Maxim also acquired a certification in "Team Leadership & Team Management Skills" from Udemy in September 2021. In 2019, they completed "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team," "New Manager Foundations," and "Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager" certifications from LinkedIn.
