Andhika Sudarman

Andhika Sudarman is the CEO & Founder of Dealls - Jobs & Mentoring, where Andhika helps companies hire top talents for full-time and internship roles. Prior to this, Andhika worked as an Associate at Allen & Overy, where Andhika advised on commercial transactions and pro bono services. Andhika also founded AdaAcara.com, a non-profit organization empowering Indonesian students. Andhika has represented Universitas Indonesia at Harvard National Model United Nations and the Republic of Indonesia at One Young World. Additionally, Andhika has interned at Rajah & Tann and Shanghai Zendai Group, among others. Andhika holds a Master of Laws from Harvard University and a Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia.
