Joe Moskowitz

Joe Moskowitz has over 10 years of work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Joe began their career in 2009 as an Administrative Intern at Korman Communities AKA Central Park, followed by a Hospitality Intern role at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. In 2010, they took on a Development Intern role at Morgans Hotel Group, where they generated architectural field reports and punch lists and maintained communication with vendors. In 2011, they became an Associate at LW Hospitality Advisors LLC, where they conducted feasibility analyses, market research, and project valuations. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Denihan Hospitality Group as an Acquisitions & Development professional, applying ownership's investment criteria to primary urban markets and vetting all development opportunities. In 2014, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Global Real Assets professional. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at VTS, Inc. as a Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Solutions Engineer. Joe then moved to Dealpath, where they held the roles of Director and Senior Director of Business Development & Strategic Solutions.

Joe Moskowitz attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management with a focus on Hospitality.
