Adi Epstein

Adi Epstein has been working in the talent acquisition space since 2011. Adi began their career as a Wounded Soldiers Assistant with the IDF - Israel Defense Forces. In 2018, they became a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at iTalent Hire Smarter, where they managed several recruitment projects in various Start Up companies. In 2020, they joined Intel Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, taking ownership of the full life cycle of hiring, planning and executing effective and efficient recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates, and managing candidates' pipelines. In 2022, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Dealtale, A VIANAI Company.

Adi Epstein attended Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Work. Following that, they attended The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
