Matt Rose MInstR has extensive experience in the refrigeration and sales industry, currently serving as the National Branch Support Manager at Dean & Wood since January 2007. Throughout the tenure at Dean & Wood, Matt has held various positions, including Regional Branch Support Manager, Area Sales Manager for Refrigeration Projects, Branch Manager, Sales Engineer, and Driver/Warehouse. Prior to this role, Matt served in the British Army as an Infantry Soldier from December 1999 to January 2007, gaining valuable skills and discipline.
