Paul LeBlanc has had a long and varied career in the business world. In 1997, they founded and became CEO of Arrivals + Departures, a marketing company. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Karma Gaming, which was purchased in 2016. In 2014, they became an investor and partner in Iconic Brewing Company. In 2017, they became CEO and Chairman of CMP - Charlottetown Metal Products. In 2020, they became Founder and CEO of 7th Wave Capital, a company that helps scale Maritime based businesses. Paul also became Founder and CEO of Dear Life, a company that helps capture and share the story of life. Additionally, they became an Investor and Advisor for Verge Technologies, a professional audio-visual solutions provider, and Advatek Systems Inc., an information systems integration company. Finally, they became a Shareholder of VistaCare Communications in 2012.

Paul LeBlanc attended Cole Harbour High from 1987 to 1990 and Saint Mary's University from 1990 to 1992.
