Rand McNeely

Rand McNeely has a strong work experience primarily in the field of software development and information systems. Rand started their career at Boeing as a Software Developer from March 1997 to March 1998. Rand then worked as a Consultant at Mastech from February 1998 to August 1998. Rand joined IBM in September 1998 and held the position of Senior Software Developer until May 2009. At IBM, they worked with Mercedes Benz US and specialized in supply chain, engineering data management, and order scheduling. Rand developed an order scheduling application that received positive reviews from the Alabama Productivity Center. Rand joined Dearborn Group in December 2009 and has held various roles, including Senior Developer/Team Lead, Manager of Application Development, and Senior Manager of Application Development. In these roles, they led and managed development teams, worked closely with business stakeholders, and spearheaded the adoption of new technologies and techniques. More recently, Rand has served as the Director of Information Systems and is currently the Head of Application Development at Dearborn Group.

Rand McNeely attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
